Select your name from the Select Approver pop-up menu, enter your password, and click on the Log In button. If you are approving an event in your assigned area this is all you have to do.

If you are approving an event in a different area, probably because the primary approver did not respond to their e-mail and the notification bounced to you, select this area and log in. (The area that the event was originally posted in should have been included in the e-mail sent to you.) You will be presented with a listing of all un-approved events in the chosen area. Select (click on) the event you are approving. Review the event and either approve, delete, or leave the event un-approved.
