Hours, and Phone Numbers: The weekly PIX Theatre Box Office is located at 194 W. Nepessing Street, Suite B. Please enter through the Court Street entrance. (PLEASE NOTE: This is not the mailing address) Box Office Hours are Tuesday through Saturday Noon until 6:00 pm. The ticket counter in the PIX Theatre Lobby will open 1 hour prior to curtain time. You may only purchase tickets for that evening's performance once the PIX Theatre Lobby Box Office has opened. | Community Ticket Outlets: Tickets may be order through our community ticket outlets listed below: Burke's Flowerers, 148 W. Nepessing Street, Lapeer, MI. 48446 Airways Travel, 8411 Davison Road, Davison, MI. 48423 These ticket outlets will accept orders along with payment and forward them to the PIX Arts Council to be filled. You will receive the best seats available on the day that we receive the order. |
| Payment: We accept the following forms of payment: Cash, Personal Check, Money Orders, Visa and MasterCard. Please do not send cash through the mail. Tickets cannot be ordered or held without payment. Orders received without payment will not be processed. |
| Special Ticket Rates: Children's Rate: Applies to youngsters age 12 and under. All Children except babes in arms must have a ticket. Student Rate: Applies to persons age 22 and under with current student ID. Senior Rate: Applies to persons age 60 and older. Group Rate: Groups of 10 or more receive a $1 off of each ticket purchased. |
| Refreshments: Only food and drink item sold at the PIX Refreshment Counter are allowed in the Theatre. As a Courtesy to the artists and other audience members the Refreshment Counter will be open prior to the performances and at intermission but not during the performance. |
| Seating: Seating for the Premiere Series and Lapeer Community Theatre performances is reserved. All other seating is by general admission. Ticket orders will be filled on a best available basis in the order in which they are received. Separate season subscriptions are available for the Premiere Series and Lapeer Community Theatre season. PIX Art Council Members may purchase tickets in advanced of the general public. Season subscribers ordering individual tickets are guaranteed that season tickets and individual tickets will be together but may not be in the patron's usual season ticket location. Orders received less than then day prior to the performance will be held at the box office. |
| Refunds and Exchanges: All sales are final. there will be no refunds or exchanges unless the performance is cancelled by the PIX Arts Council. Exchanges will be make among performances within a series, subject to seating availability, but not among series. Exchanges must be requested no later that noon on the day of the performance for which you hold tickets. If unable to use your tickets, you may turn them in at the Ticket Counter at least one hour before the performance and receive a donation receipt for their value. |
| Patron Needs: Wheelchair spaces wit adjacent seating for a companion are available upon request. Barrier free bathrooms are located on the main level. A drop off area is available directly in front of the theatre. Parking in the drop off area is prohibited. The City of Lapeer does not charge for metered parking on the weekends or after 5:30 pm on weekdays. A large parking lot is available behind the National City Bank on the southeast corner of Court and Park Streets. |
