TO RENT THE HALL YOU NEED TO CALL THE BURNSIDE TOWNSHIP OFFICE MONDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY 9 TO 1 (810-346-3559)
ALSO YOU WILL PICK THE KEY UP THE WEDNESDAY BEFORE THE RENTAL
1. Hall rental is $75.00 for 5 hours maximum. $10.00
per hour thereafter.
2. $50.00 deposit required. Have a self address stamped
envelope for the return of your deposit. It will be returned if the
following regulations are met when checked and the phone bill reviewed.
3. All the tables and chairs are to be put back as found
with three tables left up.
4. Front door is to be locked and key returned. All windows
be closed and locked.
5. Toilets to be checked to be sure water shuts off.
Also check the drinking fountain.
6. In winter turn thermostat down to 60 degrees.
In summer 80 degrees.
7. You are to take care of your own trash in waste baskets
in kitchen and bathrooms. Bring your own trash bags. There is a garbage
bin outside.
8. Hall sould be vacuum and other floors left clean.
9. If hall is not left clean and in good condition, a
custdial fee will be deducted from the deposit.
10. Renter is responsible for any damage.
11. Nothing belonging to the Township of Burnside is
to be removed from premises.
12. Renter must supply their own dishes, dish soap, dish
towels, and including tablecovering.
13. NO ALCOHOL BEVERAGES ALLOWED.
14. NO SMOKING IN BUILDING.
